Porridge

5 reasons to eat porridge 

  1. It helps concentration as it is slow releasing 
  2. Being a complex carb it helps to boost energy
  3. If dieting it keeps you fuller for longer and is also naturally low in sugar and fat 
  4. It's good for hangovers! It neutralizes acid levels and helps to absorb toxins 
  5. Boosts libido...by re-balancing the testosterone and oestrogen in the body.  

Add some fruit or nuts for extra flavour or if you have a sweet tooth add a spoonful of honey.
